While TUEBL has always maintained it's legality, operating under Canadian law -- we have further expanded our DMCA policy to assist copyright holders in removing their content from our website.

TUEBL no longer handles email DMCA takedown notices, all emails sent to our legal email address will link to this page, and will further explain how to submit takedowns under our new system. Due to the volume of emails we recieve (legal, support, media, etc) we will not be able to reply personally to all emails.

Updated Procedures To remove a book go to the book's page, click on "DMCA Takedown" and put in your name and email address, press "Save" and your book will be immediately removed from TUEBL. It's that easy.

Due to the ease of removing content from TUEBL now, we have decided to protect fully the provision of the DMCA which states that any person removing content that they do not have the rights to will be subject to a fine of $150 US Dollars, as well as being banned from our website. If you represent a company, your entire company's IP block will be blocked.
